Log off the computer. It's convoluted and terrible. The desktop icons, desktop color and other settings should be identical to the user profile you copied from (originatinguserprofile). I have done everything I can think of and am stumped.

just complaining. Click once on the "Copy To" button, and it should un-gray the button. Then turned off Windows Enabler.
