It can be found in C:\Windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries folder (if you have Windows XP) or in C:\Windows\system32\ (if you have Vista) If you are able to find the file, that means that the Download MsConfig Registry Fix Once you have both MSConfig.exe file in your computer and the registry path is set correctly, you shouldn’t have problems running msconfig command from Run.
