I have tried all of your suggestions. Once the little Caution signs with the ! Problem is with the Antivirus (In my case was using the Nod32 which used to block connectivity for Homegroup) On uninstalling the antivirus it gave a option to join the network In the same Network and Sharing Center window click on Change adapter settings.
