Microsoft Fix It Windows Update Not knowing any better, I have always used "Unlocker" to delete the program directly from Program Files, and then find left-overs with "Everything" Search which I delete, also with Unlocker (and Searching For FilesSome programs may not show up in that list in Control Panel, but they may have a separate uninstaller program tucked away somewhere else.

Just use the command prompt with elevated privileges. All rights reserved. I also use Revo uninstaller (free version) and it has always force uninstalled for me without any problems. jv16 is awesome, though it's gotten bloated with the lastest versions, imo.
