So I got online with them and they remotely helped me for free. Once I remove the ethernet cable and try to connect wirelessly I cannot see both computers. This was the final stumbling block with my home network.Check and edit (as required) Registry Setting on WinXP machines. Permissions, LLTP, Home or Work workgroup made no difference, it was that final layer buried in McAfee that was the stumbling block to home networking.
