Visual Studio 2010 Cannot Connect To Sql Server 2000
SQL Server 2008 R2 is released SQL Server 2008 R2 Express was released last week. The project and the resulting script is not validated for 2000 regardless of the compatability setting of the database. The computer that connects correctly has the sql server 2008 management studio installed (from which I can also connnect to the SQL server 2000 instance) the other one doesn't have it, I hope that piece of information helps anyone in the same situation.
