I've managed to find similar questions (like this one: Cannot connect to SQL Server database in Visual Studio because my database isn't there) and it seems I'm having permission issues.
The drawback for the second scenario is that writing code takes time and some common tasks can be automatized as they have a standard solution.
I'm sure that I use a correct username and password and I think it's a problem about VS can't see my database in SQLExpress2008.
