As someone who answers a lot of questions here, it gets rather frustrating when I know that the person posting the question has easy access to information important to diagnosing the Lo and behold, when I tried bringing the form up in the designer it loaded ok. Open the designer module and remove (or comment out) _ attribute from your InitializeComponent sub.
