Again, it is very important that you remove all power/batteries from the system for at least 5 minutes. The small microprocessor on the motherboard will reload the drivers and your USB ports should hopefully be recognizing devices again. If you see anything listed there that is greyed out or that says unknown device, go ahead and right-click on them and choose Uninstall. Many thanks!
