How can the OS only see two drives??? The only two available options when right click are Properties and Help. my question is - i have recently bought a seagate backup plus slim 1 TB model. Hopefully, removing the older devices will allow the newer devices to work properly.

You can either have the troubleshooter fix the problems for you or select the fixes yourself. Like I can find the drive in disk management and device manager but cannot create a new path or assign a letter to the drive to open it, unless I want Loaded w8.1 and the drive was not recognized there. I try adding one and all I get is that it isn't enbled and you need to reboot to enable it.
