I finally got my issue fixed...I needed to go into the compiz menu and uncheck and recheck "Windows Decoration" and suddenly the title bars reappeared on my open child windows when But as your current OS you just can't do it. As a monk, can I use Deflect Missiles to protect my ally? If it doesn't have Unity enabled , windows wont have decorations or any shortcuts for moving, alt-tabing, no workspaces either.

After enabling cube, I immediately got my windows stuck, unable to move them.
You will see that the window drags easily.
