We are having a recurring problem on SBS 2003 server.Every time it is rebooted, the Windows Firewall Service does not start and reports a conflict with ipnat.sys. When you try to start Windows firewall you get a message saying that it cannot start because IPNAT.sys is already running. If you use the server as a router, you should enable NAT; if you use the server as VPN, you should have another firewall.
