If you go under the MMC for the ICA settings there is nothing with that description.

Very non specific. Also, server license and TS cals have not been installed. That tab does not exist in the 2008 R2 apparently. I made sure the users are part of the Remote Desktop Users group.The error message I keep getting is: Connection Error: "The Desktop you are trying to open is currently unavailable. Any ideas?
