Things you should try: Rerun the Visual Studio 2010 installer and make sure you selected to install Visual C++ tools for your platform (either x86 or amd64).

If it compiles then you should be set to go, if it fails to compile I suggest you try to first uninstall your compiler then reinstall the compiler.
It wasn't clear to me what this actually meant in that answer.
I am probably going to do a fresh install of visual studio now.

It also makes sense to verify if iostream.h exists in VS 2012 Include directory. To use Intel TBB in your C++ project do the following: Open project properties dialog, "Configuration Properties -> Intel Performance Libraries" and set "Use Intel TBB" to "Yes". Create a very simple main() and try to compile. If you cannot find it, just search for it in Quick Search Then go to reset all settings.
